Contact our expert appraisal staff to discuss the purpose of the assignment; ie. Mortgage Financing, Divorce, Bankruptcy, Tax Grievance.
Our appraisal staff will determine based on the clients request as to what product will suite each specific case.
Consultation will be offered over the phone regarding the scope of work, the steps involved for the appraisal report and time frame expected to complete the assignment.
Inspection date and estimated completion date will be agreed upon between the appraiser and client. Fees for the appraisal are not contingent on value or the final outcome as a result of the appraisal.
